Union on Frank is an off campus student housing community located near the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. From the outset, the project was designed to maintain a strong physical and visual connection to campus, helping students stay engaged with university life and the surrounding community. With direct views of Bryant Denny Stadium, the property is ideal for game day celebrations, and its walkable proximity to The Strip provides easy access to local restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

Situated on a 1.85 acre infill site, the development includes 238 units with 396 beds and is supported by a four story structured parking garage, maximizing density while preserving pedestrian accessibility. The community’s scale and design create a competitive, amenity rich environment aligned with student demand and long term asset performance.
