Enclave at Ayers is a 200-unit multifamily community in Brooksville, Florida, composed of four four-story buildings and anchored by a 5,700-square-foot clubhouse. The project offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences and uses an equestrian-inspired modern farmhouse vocabulary — including dramatic rooflines, bronze storefront elements, stone entry features, pavers in common areas, and detached garages — to create a more differentiated suburban apartment product.
