From its inception, Accolade at Collegiate Village West was designed to anchor the exciting redevelopment of Collegiate Way. This existing retail street runs parallel to University Boulevard, directly across from the University of Central Florida, and offers a variety of food destinations and retail shops for the student community. Our client developed this western student housing community and is constructing its eastern sister project on the opposite end of the corridor. Together, the completed developments create a vibrant activity and living corridor for UCF students, reinvigorating this high energy zone just outside campus.

Awards

    2024 – Silver Aurora Award – Best Campus Housing

The outdoor amenity spaces extend the project’s role in shaping a more cohesive and active corridor across from UCF. Positioned within a larger redevelopment effort, these areas provide space for recreation and social use while reinforcing the site’s connection to surrounding retail and campus activity.
