Burlington Post is an 88-unit, affordable 55+ multifamily community in St. Petersburg, Florida, developed at 39 units per acre as a five-story wood-frame podium building in the historic Kenwood area. The architecture responds to its urban infill context with a bold, contemporary composition of blue, charcoal, and neutral panels articulated by vertical massing shifts and a highly legible street presence. At the site level, the project incorporates walkable access to neighborhood services while organizing outdoor space around resident-focused courtyards and community garden areas that support both wellness and social interaction.

Interior design carries that modern, community-centered approach indoors through bright, accessible common areas with warm wood ceilings, biophilic feature walls, resilient finishes, and comfortable lounge and learning spaces tailored to active senior living. Representative highlights include the clubhouse and resident lounge, the business center and library or education spaces, and the garden and game-oriented amenity program, selected as representative features of a broader offering. Residence details such as Energy Star appliances, step-in showers, grab bars, espresso cabinetry, LED lighting, and walk-in closets support the project’s emphasis on durability, accessibility, and dignified affordable living.
