Seven on Seventh is a 72-unit urban infill affordable housing community in downtown Fort Lauderdale, developed at 72 units per acre for low-income and formerly homeless individuals and families. The concrete mid-rise project includes studio to two-bedroom residences and was designed as a mixed-use supportive housing community adjacent to Broward Partnership’s Central Homeless Assistance Center, integrating housing delivery with case management and workforce development functions.

Its amenity and service model is a core differentiator.
