Built on a former parking lot beside Broward Partnership’s Central Homeless Assistance Center, Seven on Seventh is a 72‑unit urban infill affordable housing community in downtown Fort Lauderdale serving individuals and families transitioning from homelessness and earning 60% or below AMI.

A signature blue‑toned mural defines the exterior. Amenities include studio to two‑bedroom units, a fitness studio, 24‑hour laundry, a rooftop terrace, on‑site management, and ground‑floor space for case management services.
