Parramore Oaks – Phase I

Parramore Oaks Phase I is a 120-unit mixed-income multifamily community in Orlando, Florida, developed at 19.20 units per acre and recognized with a 2020 Silver Aurora Award for Best Multifamily Housing Community. The project combines income-restricted and unrestricted apartments across three residential buildings and a townhome building, bringing needed housing to a formerly vacant site in the Historic Parramore neighborhood near Downtown Orlando.

The community is strengthened by one-, two-, and three-bedroom unit options, accessible residences, and a resident-support amenity plan shaped by long-term operational thinking.
