The Dakota

The Dakota is a market-rate multifamily community in Jupiter, Florida, designed within Abacoa’s established urban design framework with a Bermuda-influenced architectural vocabulary tailored to the neighborhood context. The project uses three-story garden buildings with CMU and light-gauge construction, pastel coastal façades, white roof forms, shutters, balconies, and tuck-under garages to create a walkable, palm-lined residential environment that aligns with Abacoa’s disciplined streetscape character. The result is a context-sensitive apartment product that balances neighborhood compatibility with the premium positioning expected in the Jupiter market.

Interior design reinforces that positioning through an upscale coastal palette of oceanic blues, sandy neutrals, dark wood cabinetry, polished tile floors, and generously scaled lounge seating.
