Estero Vista is a market-rate Fort Myers community where the amenity interiors were designed to translate upscale Southwest Florida living into a softer, more approachable clubhouse experience. FORUM used a restrained coastal palette, transitional furnishings, ring chandeliers, stone and marble-look surfaces, and curated beach-inspired artwork to create spaces that feel polished yet comfortable, aligning with the property’s broader positioning around resort-style living and a 5,800-square-foot clubhouse.

Representative highlights include the arrival lounge, the fireside seating area, and the café or social bar zone, which stand in for the larger amenity package without listing it in full. The design supports leasing and long-term usability by balancing hospitality character with a calmer residential tone, giving owners and operators a clubhouse environment that is memorable, flexible, and visually consistent with the brand.
