Calirosa is a 55+ active adult community in Kissimmee, Florida, designed to deliver a hospitality-inspired amenity experience tailored to senior living. Serving 152 apartment homes, the project’s interior design scope includes amenity spaces and model interiors shaped by a concept rooted in Central Florida’s natural landscape, translating a woodsy, regional sensibility into a refined residential environment.

The interior design strategy balances comfort, durability, and social engagement through layered finishes, warm contemporary furnishings, and a palette of soft neutrals accented by greens, blues, and natural textures. Standout interior features include the clubroom with dual fireplaces, the wine lounge and café-style gathering areas, and the large pool veranda, representing a broader amenity program without listing it in full. Decorative screens, statement lighting, dark millwork accents, and curated artwork reinforce a welcoming branded identity that supports resident experience, community interaction, and long-term asset value.
