The Brixley model merchandising translates the property’s upscale Bradenton brand into a residential setting that feels colorful, tailored, and contemporary without losing broad market appeal. FORUM used teal upholstery, warm orange and gold accents, charcoal grounding elements, and streamlined furnishings to create a more expressive interior identity, while still aligning with the apartment finish package of high ceilings, wide-plank flooring, stone counters, and Italian-style cabinetry.
Representative highlights include the living room, primary bedroom, and dining or flex zone, which together present the home as polished and functional rather than overly staged. The merchandising strategy supports leasing by showing how the units can feel elevated, comfortable, and design-conscious—an effective complement to the stronger amenity and clubhouse story already established elsewhere in the property.
