Brian Zimmerman, AIA, is a Studio Director and Florida-registered architect with more than 20 years of experience managing and leading design teams across the multifamily, commercial, hospitality, entertainment, and government sectors. He is deeply engaged in every phase of the work, from early site-plan exploration and concept development through exterior detailing, team leadership, and client coordination. Brian’s approach is rooted in efficiency, responsiveness, and a strong understanding of client priorities, allowing him to guide projects with both technical rigor and practical clarity.
