Axio at Carillon

Axio at Carillon is a market-rate St. Petersburg community whose interior design draws from the West Coast Florida setting to create a fresh, water-influenced brand identity for its studio, one-, and two-bedroom product. FORUM translated that concept into the amenity spaces through a palette of rich blues, sandy neutrals, polished stone-like surfaces, and graphic wall treatments, creating social spaces that feel contemporary, upscale, and regionally grounded.

Representative highlights include the main lounge, the co-working or dining-style social space, and the dramatic arrival volume, which together communicate the larger amenity experience without listing it in full. The design supports the project’s premium positioning by pairing hospitality-scaled furnishings and statement lighting with a coastal-modern sensibility that differentiates the property within the Carillon market.
