The model merchandising at Vinty translates the project’s “Vintage City” identity into a residential experience that blends industrial references with a youthful, art-driven sensibility. Designed for an upscale mid-rise community in Elizabeth with direct train access to New York City, the interiors combine warm rust tones, deep teal, graphic artwork, natural woods, and dark metal accents to create a home that feels eclectic, urban, and highly intentional. The residential styling supports the project’s positioning within a fast-emerging neighborhood and gives the units a stronger sense of personality.

Representative highlights include the living room, the bold bedroom compositions, and the curated artwork package, which together communicate a broader lifestyle without overloading the narrative with every in-unit detail. The use of expressive color, industrial cues, and mid-century-inspired furnishings helps the model feel contemporary, memorable, and aligned with the community’s transit-connected urban appeal.
